Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EdenVerse AI. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and H-A-N-A Technologies (trading as EdenVerse AI) regarding your use of edenverseai.com and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EdenVerse AI ("EdenVerse", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by H-A-N-A Technologies, at edenverseai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
EdenVerse is an AI-powered platform providing tools for spiritual growth, including but not limited to: a Prayer Generator, Bible AI Chat, Sermon Builder, Worship Song Creator, Bible Companion, Bible Mystery Explorer, Revelation Generator, Creator Studio, and Today's Word devotionals. The service is available on a free tier with daily usage limits and a premium subscription with expanded access.
3. User Accounts
- •You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- •You must be at least 13 years of age to use EdenVerse.
- •One person may not maintain more than one free account.
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Free Plan
The free plan provides limited daily AI generations across all tools. Free usage limits reset daily. Spiritual Library saves are limited to 5 items on the free plan.
Premium Plan
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Premium members receive expanded monthly generation credits, access to premium features, and priority support.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Paddle handles all tax compliance on our behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the period ends.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to hello@edenverseai.com. Paddle may handle refund processing on our behalf as our merchant of record.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EdenVerse to:
- •Generate content that is hateful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
- •Produce content that promotes harm, violence, or illegal activities
- •Impersonate another person or entity
- •Attempt to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or technical means
- •Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or AI systems
- •Use the service for any commercial purpose that competes with EdenVerse without our written consent
- •Share your account credentials with others
6. AI-Generated Content
Nature of AI Content
EdenVerse uses large language models to generate spiritual content. All AI-generated content is provided for personal inspiration, devotion, and ministry support. It is not a substitute for professional theological counsel, licensed ministry, or medical/psychological advice.
Accuracy
While we strive for biblically faithful and accurate content, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or theological perspectives that differ from your own tradition. Always use your own discernment and consult trusted pastoral guidance.
Ownership
Content you generate using EdenVerse belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content within the platform solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The EdenVerse name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by EdenVerse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the EdenVerse platform without our express written permission.
8. Teams and Collaboration
Premium users may create teams and share content with team members. Team owners are responsible for ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms of Service. EdenVerse is not liable for content shared within teams.
9. Referral Programme
EdenVerse offers a referral programme that rewards both the referrer and the referred user with bonus credits. Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdenVerse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to EdenVerse in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimers
EdenVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@edenverseai.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of EdenVerse shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
